If I buy multi family comm real estate via a RE LLC company with my Roth IRA does the rent income become UBIT taxable ?  

After 3.5 years of being interested in real estate, learning, and making it my career, I am officially an "investor".

Before 1957, there was no industry or investing arena defined as residential real estate investing.  

Real estate markets correct themselves and normally on a localized level.

I could definitely appreciate your purchase if you are running a more active and construction based real estate business but I have some qualms about liability and would want to know more about your business structure.   

As a result I know of no title company that will insure a CD, and the real estate attorneys I know won’t even draw up CD docs.  

We didn't plan on getting in to real estate, but before we could sell our first home we had close family who wanted to rent it from us!
