Will I have to replace floors when I get a new tenant?

Depending on the unit I may also opt to complete any other number of upgrades like add AC or refinish floors. 

It could be floor tiles, ceiling tiles, wall board, insulation, hvac insulation, siding, popcorn on the ceiling, or others.

This property is a condo that needs rehabbing (kitchen, bathroom, flooring, paint, hvac etc) down to lighting/plumbing fixtures. 

Floor to exposed ceiling is over 7 feet but floor to the bottom of the exposed beams is less than 7 ft.

I just did a turnover where the floor was so dirty you couldn't see multiple exacto knife cuts in the linoleum.

I lost a flooring sub (who was decent wasn't the greatest but still its a contact) because I wasn't organized on a couple jobs and he traveled 1.5 hrs to get to job site and it wasn't ready for flooring.

In the process of planning the install of new HW heaters, 1 bathroom rehab, some floor refinishing, and cosmetic repairs (light fixtures, curb appeal foundation plants).
