We want to play around with using someone from ELance to answer calls but it will take a lot of planning to put that together.Aaron Churnick One thing we are not 100% comfortable with yet is making offers on houses without seeing them...I want to get there but dont know enough to say a house in X part of town with Y square feet will require $Z per sq ft to renovate.

If I use a half inch backer board under tile to bring floor level up to say a 3/4 hardwood to get a smooth transition( Im anal about transitions), I will add a plastic flange extender/spacer to flange to bring level up.

I would say a big bulk of users on BP are investors starting out with limited funds that are looking at wholesaling etc. to start investing.I can tell you I get way more out of the site than I put into it.

I would say a professional printed white letter would do great... but for me that didn't do much good either.For me personally, I got great success with my post card.
