Renters, especially people relocating want to get it done quickly, and when they see a big crowd, asks, what are my chances?

I'll keep you all in mind if I get someone relocating out of state.

My wife and I are making the move because of a job relocation and decided to buy a new home in Seattle, keep our home here in San Diego, and ultimately rent it out - so we more or less stumbled into real estate investing accidentally.

I don't have to pay them out a relocation fee like in Oakland or S.F if I want to sell the property (or move back in). 

Additionally, Columbus is an expanding city, with several significant companies relocating to the area in the near future, resulting in an abundance of new job opportunities.

Many investors, seasoned or newby’s, shy away from these properties and those relocating to Texas are less likely to bid these properties up, as has been the case recently.  

I've had many friends relocate to ID over the past few years. 

Can they just break their lease and move out since they are being relocated?

My mum recently relocated, lives and works in Atlanta, so want to get a property she can live in but also rent out.

I have been trying to get ideas on how to relocate one.
