well my dad started in Lake co in the mid 60s and went on to buy and sell thousands of lots.. most of nice, a lot of the oaks and a lot of clear lake.. plus we had a nice ranch in upper lake ( hunter Ranch)now that all said I lived in lake port for years.. and that would be the BEST city its the most stable and the reason is they did not allow MH on private lots like most of the other cities.. so you basically skip the trailer trash.

@Shanae Williams - Taking pictures of abandoned homes works well in areas like Berkley, Royal Oak, Warren, etc.. but you could be doing a lot of research and leg work for small amount of leads.
