Hello All -We (my wife and 2 children) live 15 minutes North of Pittsburgh, Pa. and are very anxious to make some money in Real Estate.

The trick is to be sure that you are not in a negative cash-flow situation while waiting for appreciation.As far as other areas, I do a lot of investing in the northern Nevada town of Ely which is about 250 miles north of Las Vegas.

I'm interested in SFH's, and 4plexes in the north Dallas/Carrollton area.

I lived in Germany for 6 years so most American coffee is pretty dismal IMO.The funny thing is, they are the ONLY company that I've ever seen whose prices are the same at the airport as anywhere else.
