I was thinking salary with a profit share so they are still motivated to work hard and be ambitious but with a solid base salary so they don’t have the pressure of being that starving agent for the first few years.

Once the walls were down we soon discovered a couple of near misses from past contractors to the main water supply line running up stairs as well as a perfect shot from a finishing nail into the PVC drain.Needless to say cabinets would have to wait and the walls came down and went back up.Walls were up and although not ready to mount cabinets till a couple more rounds of mud can be applied we pushed ahead with laying the kitchen and bathroom tile.Up in Apartment 11 grout is in and cleaned up and the toilet has found its new home, this one is a marked improvement form the old one we tore out.
