I honestly had the same thought in regards to students not having vehicles.

Then again we did have a blower motor on a NEW Lenox furnace (we had in a rehab) fail mid winter & had a 2 day wait for the part to come from TX.

Figure out WHY you want to invest in RE, what $ income it will take to hit that goal, pick the best vehicle to get you there (you seem to have researched them all) and then work backwards from your end goal all the way down to what small steps you need to take daily that align with your end goal.
