I'd like to flip houses in the retirement/vacation community I live in 50 miles north of Grand Rapids.

However after some research, I feel that I should look more in the Midwest, Southwest and Southeast region of the country.

I haven't been to one yet (I live 80 miles out), but soon we will be attending regularly.
