This lease does not change the length of your lease term (month-to-month); it simply updates relevant matters now that I will be assisting you with your housing needs.

@Michael Bacile there is a lot of wrong information in regards to rates online.

And the subject property will always be less than the comp doesn't matter if yours are so much nice than that comp.

Texas being a non-disclosure state, I understand most "free" online resources are not reliable source of pulling DFW area property comps (unless I am missing something?).

We have a property management company and my wife is using Quickbooks online and does most of the work entering all the receipts and tracking the accounts.  

I currently pay the bill from the entity that has the card and the other entities reimburse that entity per their portion of expenses.I don’t think it really matters but just be consistent.
