Can someone clarify what he may be talking about so I can research?

I'm not referring to a HELOC, since you normally don't get those on investment properties - I'm talking about straight up mortgages on the property.

Since you've asked the question, I would assume you have talked with the seller and proceeded to take action, that makes you liable.

I just received my Federal EIN for LLC B and in the address it has my name listed as "SOLE MBR".

For example, if every lake cabin within 20 miles of yours listed on Airbnb seems super rustic and dated and "northwoodsy" (for lack of a better term), is there an opportunity for you to skew more modern in your STR design/style to help capture bookings with guests who are looking for that kind of aesthetic?

Is it practical / worthwhile to get your agent license purely to avoid paying listing-agent fees on house flips?
