You're letting the news media cloud your judgement and ignoring facts.

We want to change the slope of the  back so the water does not run into the house when it rains.

The owner in this case is exercising good judgement in not wanting to remain on a mortgage that is to be paid by someone who cannot come up with the payment if renters do what renters often do, stop paying rent and need to be evicted.

The management company did not speak well of either of them and there is a judgement against them both.

I also look at late payments and judgements not absolute score so the reason for sub 600 for me would be relevant, I will take people with low scores due to lack of history but this doesn't sound like the case.  

If you get a judgement, you still need to collect it.

Joining this was the worst mistake that I ever made, I only asked advice and instead got toms of hateful messages passing judgement on something that people does not know about, so sad that this country has become so very selfish and hateful, what ever happened to Christian charity and mercy, just hate.
