I came on here looking for a good website to use to send direct mail, but Jerry Norton (Check him out on youtube he's a wealth of information on wholesaling) last year released PropWire which is a free platform to pull owner information.

IMO this makes Texas the preferred choice for series LLC, although the (over rated) non publishing of organizational information in Wyoming and Nevada will have others disagree.  

I am a lender here in South Florida and would be happy to provide you with some more guidance so that you can make an informed decision on comparing conventional versus FHA to see which works best for your situation.

Very informative discussion about financing in Canada.

Often, people leave flyers and when the homeowner googles them, there is no information about them (web page, llc, organization, etc.). 

@Kim LeJeuneIt does help, however my intent was not to solicit more information but rather to illustrate the dynamics at play.
