As they are new tenants and hopefully will be there for the long haul.

MH are going for 5-6K here in TN.If it were me I would offer her the 5K and offer to help her move (you pay for U-Haul and get a couple teenagers to help).

sorry for the delay guys .. im in the nail biting process of negotiating with a lender on a property thats currently rented out and is of course a short saleim aware the process takes fairly longer , im not just some kid tryna make a fast buck with no work or effort . im here for the long haul

Stocks were laggards for years, but this year they have made us a nice, tidy profit and over the long haul they'll do well with virtually zero management hassle.

Nevertheless, I'm in this for the long haul, and I'm inspired by the benefits that real estate investing can have for all concerned.I'm currently based in New York City, but am also becoming interested in the Miami market, and in possibly relocating there sometime in the future, if things work out favorably for it.

If anyone has any suggestions on anything please let me know, sometimes I do have a lot more time than I know what to do with so I have toyed with the idea of volunteering my time with a house flipper to learn more hands on knowledge. 

I started investing for the long haul with 401(K)s, stocks, etc, but I quickly realized that I will not be able to reach my goals if I stayed on this path.

Who would't want an extra garage in their neighborhood to store their toys or junk.  

It may take up to a months rent and you rent the truck to haul their stuff out, but, that is the only way at the moment.
