We talked to the fbi and they said the dollar amount was too small to use man hours on the case.

Small amount and high yield and there's a clientele for that.

These are markets with somewhat to very affordable cash flow options that I have visted and loved and could see myself living for a temporary amount of time for a rehab/primary res, but don't have the minute data and information I am looking for.

I did my own due diligence on the firm and based upon that was comfortable investing a small amount into a deal to try them out.

That either my cleaner had intended to but was concerned about auto clean smoking the house or maybe they had but it didn’t work well, that I wasn’t sure and frankly didn’t want to be yelled at for something I would have gladly fixed And that I was happy to offer them housing but did not appreciate being yelled at in my own home.
