Anyone who has done a high number of projects, deals, or transactions, will tell you that learn something from each an every deal they do and while that is true I learned more on the first deal and there are more annotations in my notebook from progress on my first deal than any other project I have ever done. 

She is currently 18 months out of a bankruptcy and she wants to know how she will ever be able to get a house. 

I know Evolve comes up high in google rankings but I find them pretty basic and hardly on-time. 

Has anyone ever been in this position?

For some reason no one ever likes to mail anything they want to drop it off so we have a mail box that goes into a secured box to our building so we are fine with that.
