Hello all,

I am new here. I am not new to the market just new to biggerpockets.   My friend brought up a question and I have no idea what to tell her I have never worked with anyone in this type of scenario. She is currently 18 months out of a bankruptcy and she wants to know how she will ever be able to get a house.  Does she have to wait a long time to try to buy? She doesn't make a ton of cash. Her bankruptcy was from medical bills. Any help?
