There is even a filter for Tiny Houses, so it must be fairly popular and desirable.

I think its a great way to get into real estate investing, especially for folks that don't have the time or desire to put in all the work required to do the work themselves or put together a team.

It is desirable in the summer for lakes and outdoor recreation and Silverwood Theme Park and in the winter for skiing and snowmobiling. 

How much more desirable is it if I add a kitchenette (sink, food prep area, two burner stove) and on-site laundry?

Maybe this is just me, but I desire going on vacation in secluded areas (at least, from other people).
