For anyone investing or who owns in Richmond California be it's being debated there.

Hello my name is Patrick and I am looking at investing in Cleveland ,debating if I should look for higher rental income in not as good neighborhood V less rent in better area(Parma)with higher property price.I am not opposed to buying a property that needs work.I am looking for a good deal,dont want to overpay for a property.Any honest info would be appreciated.

They are renting a 2000sqft SFR.I have read some of the posts with the issues with cat urine and trying to clean up after the tenant leaves.I'm debating what to do.
