Once you have scaled up a bit and have some hard and fast procedures in place you can take what you like about the state form and then add in what you would like it to say concerning your specific processes and procedures, write all that down and send it to a lawyer to bless. 

Do one task in each app to compare apples to apples.Load a property with pictures and details.Market that property.See what your marketing looks like from the public's perspective.Submit a fake application to see how easy the process is.

I took care of the problem right away and I didn't get the insurance involved since it would have added time to the entire process.
