1) Demographics growth = population growth drives appreciation2) A business friendly state that attracts more and more companies, attract good jobs which drives appreciation3) A landlord friendly property code, I will venture to say the most landlord friendly in the US.Don't even compare California's and New york's.4) In Texas and in Houston particularly, you can get deals that both Cash flow and will have appreciation

The only stipulations that we see in the City Code are in regard to dwellings with wheels and I haven't heard back from the Rental Housing Department.Thanks!

The leads that come into their zip code are delivered into their email inbox and the realtor can then reach out to the interested home buyer.

4.On a large (for me) commercial reno and running of the business, are there certain things I should keep in mind that might throw my numbers if I don’t account for like code for Handicap, massive overhead bills, or something of the like, (sorry if I’m sounding ridiculous but I’m really in the dark here).I haven’t seen the inside apart from the pictures.Without knowing the floor plan and such, it may be difficult as an inexperienced investor to know exactly what I want to do with the floor plan on the spot for the contractor to estimate.

Just stick to your state codes and process them as you would any tenant according to the codes.

I would advise you talk to your accountant to make sure all of the information for your situation is correct.However I do not see any issues with using turbo tax, but you are starting to get into some gray areas of the tax code, where having a professional might be worth the investment.
