So, in the end, it comes down to how you finish your property, how you screen your tenants, and then support them once they are in there.I was taught a single item from my coach.

Luckily I have an Aunt and Uncle who coach and mentor me who have been in the industry for many many years.

He certainly seems to know his stuff, and I would absolutely recommend a chat with him to anyone looking for some worthwhile information or coaching.   

There certainly are coaches out there but you'd be far better off reading the BP forums and blog posts and listening to the BP podcasts.  

I work off referrals and I must also "ask for the business", I am in coaching, and I do everything I can to grow my business.

If you can't find lots of online reviews, either (1) a company/website is not established, or (2) their customers apparently don't have positive things to say about the service.Some flat fee MLS companies educate and coach their sellers to make their listing attractive and easy for agents to sell, others input the listing and are done, leaving the seller to learn how to sell the hard way.

Those of us that have worked through a nieghborhood turn around can coach others to do so quicker and profit faster (and deliberately or accidently making a difference as well).

I'm not against "wholesaling" in the right circumstances, I'm dead set against how gurus and most "coaches" teach it, lying about imaginary partners, weasel clauses and silly disclosures.
