I have a lovely 1958 tri-level home (house hack) that I recently listed for sale, but I'm considering pulling it off the market to do a kitchen remodel (tile, granite or quartz countertops, new appliances, light fixtures and new cabinet hardware).

So I'm thinking if I do it in pieces, maybe start with the big things first like plumbing and electrical, then move on to putting some walls in/kitchen cabinets and restroom features that way the cost will be easier to swallow.
