Moving a kitchen can get pricey with plumbing (supply and drain), electrical (2 new circuits plus range/oven), gas, new floors, cabinets, etc.With some cheap labor it may be doable, but you're still probably talking a few thousand $$.

Some laminate on the inside and clean up the walls nice, refinish the cabinets in the kitchen and clean up the grout on the counter tops.

In the case of my current project, I had some ideas on how I wanted the layout to work and positioned the walls in such a way as to make my fridge and pantry unit fit properly.Once the software comes into play I get a much better idea of the final look of the cabinets.

This semi-detached project has some large tiled areas, so we are using some neutral light grey tile, and combined with an oak floor, darker walnut style cabinets, and white quartz counters makes for a timeless looking package that can suit many colours of paint and furnishings.With the drywall project half done, it is time to really go back and take a hard look at the schedule.

Potentially a wet bar (included in that number) or without it knock a few grand off for cabinets and countertops.The home is our current home that we've live-in-flipped over the last couple years and just cash out refi'd with the intentions to 'move on to the next one' in a year.
