One of the people in my BP Mastermind Group has just started using Stessa, and as sharing some of their screen shots for measuring 'property performance' which seem pretty useful, but I have not found the equivalent in Rentec Direct so far.Have any of you done a deep comparison of the two and could share some thoughts?

Out of town investors intrigue me because they're willing to drop 10s of thousands of dollars into an asset based off of pro forma numbers on a computer screen.

My thoughts are that the VA would handle prospective tenant screening, setting appointments, current tenant phone calls and maintenance requests, as well as data entry that is monthly.
