I'm an advertising project manager by trade; and I believe my experience managing timelines, budgets and expectations could prove to be extremely beneficial managing fix and flips.

If you advertise that as part of your criteria hopefully you can find a tenant with verifiable payment history.

So you can advertise on Zillow, Craiglist your self.

If buy rewarding his tenants $25 or even $250 annually he saves possibly $3000 or more on turn over, which could cost months of profit, repairs, advertisement or tenant placement fees he would not be "giving money away".  

I have thought about Signs, Facebook Advertisement, Craigslist, etc..

There is also a reason that it is so publicly advertised how much is spent.
