There is still so much that I have to explore on this site, but I would like to say that so far the resources have been helpful, I especially liked the "Ultimate Guide …." book.I am interested in multifamily real estate investing and I look forward to connecting with others who are doing the same. 

Tonight I was texted and called by my tenant. his daughter had been visiting the single family rental they live in and fell down the porch stairs and broke her wrist.

I stumbled on this site earlier this year and am still looking for first deal or house hack.

I've been a "lurker" on the site for a couple years now, but have recently started to get serious about my REI education and am interested in buying a SFH rental to start out with.

You can also use the search function on the site to filter all items related to multifamily and then search through the different blog posts, forums, and even see members that specialize in multifamily that you can connect with.
