Or are you having to bring cash to the table?

Put an ice cube in the middle of a table and take readings at various distances... if you're next to the ice you'll get pretty close to 32 (or 0), but as you get further away, the temperature will go up.Also, some materials are better at emitting infrared than others. 

Maybe I'll table this for a different season of life. 

I will be bring the contractor and funds to the table but how would I contractually do this?  

Does anyone have a STR in Green Valley Lake (San Bernardino Mountains)? 

There's a lot of competition and folks willing to pay a lot of money to have their slice of paradise in the mountain communities.

Still, with a decent property manager and proper acquisitions, I feel that people are leaving a ton of money on the table by not participating in the program.Just things I think about.

I've been to most of the REIA meet ups in the Tampa Bay Area but try to attend most of the TBREIA, PCREIA, and Mountain West IRA.  

It's at the Round Table Pizza, on Lake Forest and Lambert at 7:00 p.m.

Ideally in the mountain west or pacific northwest.
