Hi,I have a tenant who wants to install a Security Camera to record Video only, on the Front door, mailbox and a Driveway (includes 3 feet of the public walkway).Is it legal in Maryland to Install Security camera on the front door which can also capture Driveway and some common area?

I have done my research of UTL and seen the videos of how MPP works and all its features, so I am speaking from experience.I went thru all the channels one goes thru to purchase the UTL program; and though I "chose" not move fwd w/ it, unlike many others in this forum, I can tell you it's worth your time to do the research of the company before taking the advice of non-users, and determine for yourself if it or isn't right for you.

Also most are highly educated who painstakingly went to college for many years.So at least the world I see counter argues with the world many “gurus” (guys who lecture to sell their books, videos etc) preach which looks down on the cubicle/ 9-5 culture and higher education (not to mention home ownership) but tells people to skip all of that “nonsense crap” and get right into RE as their fastest ticket to the country club.
