A couple years ago (before the expensive breakup with my ex), we went to Az and found so many single family homes in the 5 digits range.

Additionally, there are some tools available to you where you can bring a certain level of automation to that rental management process (ie. automatically syndicating a single listing to 10+ major listing sites, thorough tenant screening with full background checks, digital lease creation, automated online rent collection, and maintenance tracking).

It was family that helped me get my start, it is family and friends I prefer to pay double digit returns to than strangers, and it is family that I have made a ton of money for.I believe it is all about YOU and all recourses, good or bad, are up to YOU.If you always perform and deliver on promises, then there is never any issues.

Look at also names like Needham Savings Bank, Digital Credit Union, Brookline Bank, Dedham Bank, Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank, Bristol County.

Some of our deals have finished as low as 8% but we try to always stay in double digits.

When I look at homes, sometimes I see the old keypad lock boxes, sometimes I see the digital ones where your agent can scan their key, and sometimes I see both.

I am very hands on and enjoy the construction aspect, so I will run our projects until I am too busy with too many projects to handle it #BPproblems :).I look forward to connecting with people either digitally or in person.  

Think of it like running a window AC and turning it around in the winter.The issue, according to the contractor I talked with is that in very cold weather (think single-digit temps or colder) , heat pumps are unable to produce a large amount of heat.
