Or maybe, just maybe, google Sell My House Fast in Kansas City - that is going to pull up the top 100 or so websites from wholesalers seeking property and you could contact them through their websites to inquire about how get on their email list.Another method would be to seek out Real Estate Investment Groups on Facebook in target areas and join those and interact, you are surely to find a few wholesalers.And if you go to visit the target cities, be sure to schedule your visits around the local real estate investor association meeting.

Account Closed  thank you for not putting up ghost adds..I understand that thought process when testing the market for say apartment or MHP park absorptions.but to put an add in that is blatantly false don't like that one.I am a buyer.. and if I took the time to scroll through craigs list ( which I never do by the way) and then the effort to call and it was bogus.. that would be the last time I ever interacted with that person.

Just putting this out there...Thanks again,MS Immanuel is giving you good advice IMO, and i would follow it, ignore the BP calculators, and understand how to do your own analysis from scratch, what all the variables are, how they interact, and why they are important.Another serious deficiency in the BP calculators are that they completely ignore appreciation.
