Hello, 

My name is Anthony Godleski and i am starting my life in the direction of real estate investing. My father and i are very motivated into this new step we are taking. He is currently moving to Florida to start finding motivated sellers and buyers. I personally am located in Somers Point, New Jersey and trying to find a local real estate investor. I have questions and i would like to work with someone who has already flipped houses in this area.

I have a few attorneys that i have in mind i want to go talk to, but i would like to know if anyone in Somers Point works with a friendly attorney and/or real estate closing company that works well with wholesaling. 

I am very interested in hearing from more people about wholesaling in my area.
