Are the post about the 22 y/o with 100  units kind of annoying,... sometimes I question how much they actually own of it--  , but  on the flip side also you gotta understand-- that 22 y/o is working their butt off, and prob feels like a jerk anytime he /she tells their friends about their success!  

From y experience, you'll get the biggest bang for the buck in the suburbs east of the 435 loop.

anyway start working in the industry -yes plumbers make good money and you'll meet other contractors and skilled tradesmen that way too..Y

I just bought my first property in SB (two homes on one lot w/ zoning potential to add a third) - I put 30% down and am going to house hack it- it is cash flowing $4-700 and will cash flow more once I rehab.I am a 27 y/o single guy, so I don’t mind living in the house with my tenants (all around the same age). 

Today, it's worth Y.

We're specifically in the town of Cary which is often turned into the acronym, C-containment A-area R-for relocated Y-Yankees.I see a lot of people here from NY & NJ often to escape the high property taxes and cost of living.
