I absolutely loved heading to the broadwalk and chowing on some pizza and beer while staring at the ocean (which is easier to see there than here in CA because our beaches are super wide).

Any plants that block the view should either be removed or tiered into the walkway to further highlight the way to the door and the sidewalk should be as wide as possible.

But, I've never done anything with mobile homes.Locally, a 4bd/2ba 1990s double wide in a central, preferred park on a spot with, say, a 2000sqft back yard, will sell for somewhere in the $120k - $150k range.

Detail or as follow :7 single wides occupied 3 are 3bd / 4 are 2bdAge: 1970's -1980's model Owner pays water( city water/ sewer ,homes have HVAC units, current rents $400-450 per unit.Park looks old and dated.But location is ok.
