Can you link me to any recent changes in policy and or statements supporting the changes you are mentioning.they have in that they don't invite them on pod casts anymore.. they don't tout it.. and Brandon further says to check your state laws etc.. in the early days of podcast and bp the probably had no clue that the assignment game with full blown marketing websites etc. was not legal in many states.. or most or all. 

There are no Tax Liens on the west coast LOL its only tax sales which are completely different than tax liens.One thing is for sure with BP backing this guru there will be legions of BP members who will think because its on BP then it has to be great etc etc. with no clue how this industry works.

No clue what the guy is doing now... probably buying out Trump;) Odds favor people who have #1) income, #2) capital, #3) specialized knowledge, #4) "good" experience, or combinations of the above.

Without any clue and given a basic RE question I give newbie advice, if it turns out they have been around awhile they get their panties twisted up in some response.
