There are several articles on BP about this.I just put that there to be sure a tenant doesn't think it does apply and calls some late night TV attorney and drags me to court to just find out it doesn't apply...

Just really competitive & dont believe TV or the gurus (funny how tv they dub in the rehab cost OR the arv OR they are always off on arv but market bails them out) I wish i bought my whole street back in 2010...oh well.

We offer to pay her but all she wants is a TV...unreal!  

If you don't have time try taking a month off from Facebook or tv.

I'm not a huge TV watcher or novel reader, and I do periodically read business books, but this is a good reminder for me to maybe turn off the TV a little more and replace that time with more reading. 

If so, I would prefer to take someone else's hard-earned 5,000 and spend it on my leisure.
