It's so frustrating that most people simply hit the standard button asking for a tour or to fill out an application when the ad clearly states, no tours or applications until pre screening. 

We toured it and placed an offer for $65k.  

But the conferences and college tour crowd is back starting after New Years.

I know this; the hedge funds are flying people to the Fort Worth/Dallas Market putting them on bus tours and selling shares starting at $50,000.  

I gave him a tour of some of our buildings.

I actually toured that property while I was in Louisville for a friend of mine who is now one of your LP’s.

When you are across country on vacation and during a bus tour of the city you wonder how much are the properties going for out there and decide to check out the real estate section of the local paper... before long your loved one catches you and accuses you of working on vacation.

Part of that will entail identifying out of state markets where those of us in Denver can find more and better deals.In August, I'm going to take a scouting tour from Denver to Ohio - because who doesn't love the Midwest in August - (possible stops include Kansas City, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Cleveland, Toledo, or ??).  

I took a two week tour around Ohio & Indiana to check out those kinds of deals myself and met some great people.
