I read through the BiggerPockets lease for WI and was very pleased with the level of detail.

It doesn't sound like he's particularly motivated, otherwise he'd be talking more like: "Just take over my payments, please!"

Could you please explain to me in layman's term what this means in detail and pro vs cons for me.

Im a newer investor and I found a property im going to purchase from a wholesaler. I found the wholesaler off of a bandit sign and he has sent me a few properties. Everything seems legit and he is with a legit company...

I might end up doing it myself so if anyone has good literature on installing anchor bolts please send it my way.
