That place is a zoo.Unfortunately, I signed up there a couple of years ago and got blasted with spam from day 1.What I tell people about BP is that it's now over 1M members and the vast majority are genuinely trying to help other each other out.  

If they can't do the job they signed up for, then you terminate and find someone else.

@Kaliya Nikole Very few rent to own sellers list with an agent, there's usually no need.However, you can set up a rent to own business for yourself where you market for tenant/buyers, have them select a property from the MLS, and then sell the entire deal to an investor.

We signed a contract for six weeks timeframe for the job to be completed.

@Ashley DavisPermit responsibility can be outlined in the actual contract you signed with the general contractor and they will charge the cost of any permits required. 

I've never once signed a PM contract that has something like that in it.

Can I have the LLC designated as the Landlord and then sign on it's behalf even though the properties are in my personal name?

What if Tenant A refuses to sign a 3-month extension and intends to stay, paying monthly?
