I have similar situationsI usually only refer the vendors within my network. my own vendor is outside of my REI network. i only started to refer him bc he and I have reached a level of trust I can refer him.my fears are:1. he can't handle multiple jobs as well as he thinks he can2. what if he doesn't do a good job for my referal, or there is an issue and conflict. reflects bad on all of us.

I am 20 years old and graduated high school with the honors of both Valedictorian and Student Body President ( graduated with a small class of 122 students)I have been involved in investing for about 2 years have assisted with flipping my brothers homes @Jordan Atkin ( approximately  20 homes in 2 years) during this time frame. 

As this would be a partnership with my girlfriend, should I have an attorney assist us?

Kenneth, If you need any further assistance, we've bought and sold 8 facilities, developed a few, and assisted in about 50 other transactions with our students totaling well over 1 Million Square feet.  

Seriously, your accountant's advice in two threads now is very different from what the IRS has written in publication 527 intended to assist taxpayers; see page 5 of this PDF:http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p527.pdfCan we just call it bad advice now?
