So, in my opinion investing outside of an "easy" drive from your home is adding several more parts to your machine.  

In the future I hope to purchase my first home in Toronto, however due to the high prices of real estate in Toronto I am considering buying an investment property outside of Toronto first and continuing to live on rent in Toronto. 

It was like the outside was on the inside. 

You'll appreciate not having to stress every time a tenant acts outside of policy.

From the outside looking in, it seems like they have taken on a lot of debt themselves for the honor of being stressed out constantly and working for a few dollars an hour during their free time.
