It produced mass quantities of the fuel at a low cost.The fuel allowed our fighters to shoot down the German fighters and let our bombers drop their bombs on the German war machine.

I was nervous, but then spent a weekend in Concord, Mass, staying in homes from the 17-1800s.  

One thing you could do is just do a mass text to the tenants instead of sending out payment requests from the payment platforms. 

You don't need to flex your muscle or fear that in being flexible the tenants will walk all over you.

So, on the first, I started sending out a mass text to all tenants who hadn't paid me yet reminding them that rent is due now to avoid late fees.Our lease actually had 5 days grace.  

You bought in a bad area frankly, your going to have to muscle your way out and buy up the neighborhood and improve the region, or comes to terms with it.

I'm with a family owned and operated company servicing Southern California, so I obviously support a shift to local operators and the mass exodus from WASH and CSC.
