We also have some investments in some real estate funds: an Affordable Housing Community Fund (mobile home communities throughout the country) and a commercial real estate fund involved in purchasing and managing a retail mall in Houston. for my self directed IRA, I'm doing trust deed investing with a turnkey company (dealing with mostly memphis properties) to the tune of about an 8-9% return.

After we found it out directly from SWBC insurance company about the cancellation on Dec 30th, 2013, Ron Weaver blamed it was a middle agency’s fault. 2.After MSR reinstated our insurance under their master policy, we had a claim payout from SWBC sent directly to MSR for one vandalised property for a total of over $14,000 in March 2014.
