Hey Everyone! I'm brand new to this site and wanted to say hello. I have been investing in real estate for about 5 years. My wife and I own 3 rental properties: 2 in Memphis and 1 in Trenton, NJ. We also have some investments in some real estate funds: an Affordable Housing Community Fund (mobile home communities throughout the country) and a commercial real estate fund involved in purchasing and managing a retail mall in Houston. for my self directed IRA, I'm doing trust deed investing with a turnkey company (dealing with mostly memphis properties) to the tune of about an 8-9% return. Looking forward to learning more and sharing and gaining some insight here from all of you. Thanks!
