How did you go from novice investor to huge (or medium) sized company.

If the units are in the lower/medium rent range, call your local housing authority, they will tell you what fair market rents are and what they are going for in that area.

This is actually about to happen with one of the medium size agents here and it would be a nice profit if it does.
