Good Morning, I have a question about late rent notices in Maine.

I am not looking to financially benefit off         anyone willing to lend a helping hand rather the intellectual insight needed to reach my financial goals.

I hope to learn all aspects of real estate, but my main focus is wholesaling. 

On the main page is a link to "Forms for eFiling" which has copies of the Original Notice FED (and/or MJ) that you'll submit, along with a Verification of Account (for each tenant). https://www.iowacourts.state.ia.us/Efile//Once they accept the filing, you'll receive the court date/time back from them.

Mainly been investing in the Orange County area for the past few years but not really aligned with our goals any longer.  

The inspectors are overwhelmed as it is, so they mainly focus on complaint$ and known problem-contractor$ on permit, not driving the neighborhood looking for new construction.

West Midtown is going to benefit from some serious redevelopment over the next decade.

This took a long time mainly because title company required that previous sub2 owners sign a release form.
