You generally will find faster rates in areas with lower costs of living, I believe Money magazine still publishes their list of the top 100 cities/towns, check out the top 25 for example and cut the list down by looking at the stability of their economic development and how solid the main employers are.

We didn't walk away empty handed, they even left us with a free on-line resource page filled with the conference slides, web links, sample marketing pieces, contracts, blue prints for marketing and even outlined details of several of the strategies taught.

I almost think of real estate as a web because you have the core property but there are so many aspects to finding it, closing on it and maintaining it to consider. 

So is it time to start paying Google because my Snowbirds are web searching and skipping the booking sites?
