Property Management

I am a young entrepreneur and I am thinking about starting a property management company here in the Charlotte Area. I have everything in place to kick this off early in 2017, licenses, insurance, web developer, and I continue to do extensive research on the laws and regulation. I was wondering if anyone wanted to share a success story with me about their property management experience. Either you as the owner or an investor using a management company. If you were the investor what did the company do that you like? What did you not like? If you had to choose a company all over again, what would you do differently.

Any tips on how to generate for property management services? I understand how powerful “google” is but I also understand how expensive “google” can be. Any tips, stories, or experiences would be great appreciated.

I hope you all have a great day thanks for reading my post.
