Also, I am scared a tenant cant damage the home and leave it unappealing for me to move into....and lasty, taxes or insurance can grow out of proportion leaving me not wanting to move their in the future.

I know that insurance has also become a problem in the state, but I'd imagine that an entire state isn't just going to become uninhabitable so eventually things will have to balance out with that.Do you guys think that with all the issues in Florida real estate market, that it would be a good time for a cash investor to get good deals?
