The local and federal government is tightening their grip on Real Estate across the country.

This is regulated by the SEC, as well as state authorities, so be careful.

I don’t know that regulating sales is the solution, however, if it cut resale in half, that may be a good thing.

Essentially, the government takes taxes from W-2 / Salaried workers  FIRST, because they just don't really trust us.  

The ADA law should govern all animals.

(a) Any person violating any provision of this Article, the rules and regulations of the Director, or the conditions and requirements contained in the permit, as any or all of such provisions, rules, regulations, conditions or requirements may be amended, shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in Section 34-864.

Make sure you serve the required notices exactly as required for your jurisdiction/state laws and regulations.

Real Estate courses teach you the laws and regulations to become an agent.

Also my experience with local government in Cleveland has not been great.

That IS possible, but as you'd expect with the government... there's a fair amount of red tape.
